I, King Louis, welcome you to my favorite palace, Diósgyőr Castle! I see you with love, look back, get to know my present, my past!

Our exhibitions show you the life of my royal castle and my court. You can finally gain insight into the everyday life of my people in the Dungeon. In the rondelle of the Upper Castle, you can witness the construction, decay, and centuries-long history of my palace. If you are interested in swords and armor, come to the metalworking workshop, where you can try out these weapons with the help of my faithful master. At your request, my ladies-in-waiting will take you on a tour of the palace, see the largest knight's hall in Central Europe, the two-story castle chapel, the Renaissance palace wing of the monarchs and then the queens, listen carefully to their stories and court gossip, experience the wonder, feel the for the middle-aged!

-50% adult ticket
750 HUF
Can be requested between the ages of 18-26, upon presentation of an ID. It can also be claimed by adults who are accompanying at least two children (maximum two adults).
Not eligible for guided tours. If you would like to claim a costumed meal, choose the general adult ticket type.

-50% discount for children, students, and seniors
600 HUF
Can be claimed by ages 6-18 and 62-70 upon presentation of an ID. Not eligible for a meal. If you would like to request a costumed meal, please select the general adult ticket type.

-Admission for over 70 years
free
Not eligible for a meal. If you would like to request a costumed meal, please select the general pensioner ticket type. Proof of identity can be requested by presenting a document.
