The G4 Fitness Center opened its doors on November 20, 2014 on 1500m2 in Debrecen at Gizella Street 4/b.

The bright, spacious 650m2 gym features the most modern and safest cardio machines (PULSEFITNESS, OCTANEFITNESS) and strength machines (HOIST, HAMMER STRENGTH, LIFETITNESS, PANATTA) available to guests.

The INDOR CYCLING room is equipped with 31 IC7 Tomahawk bikes, unique in the country. The training sessions are led by a spinning instructor every time. The route is projected on two large projectors. The IC7 and the Cauch by Color training program with optimal performance provide a very good opportunity for both group and individual training. The world-class Technology and personal focus make training even more colorful, even more effective, and much more original.

In the 170m2 aerobics room, we are waiting for our guests for group aerobics classes: strength training, body shaping, step aerobics, and fit-ball. The classes are conducted by qualified trainers. If your goal is weight loss, toning or strengthening, you can achieve it during these classes.

Continuous coaching sessions are held in the 40-person air-conditioned training room, which is equipped with a sound system and a projector.

We welcome guests for a 90-minute Hatha Yoga session in the 50 m2 gym. Each class begins with a calming, warm-up session to pleasant music, is filled with active movement, and ends with relaxation.

You can take part in free self-defense and karate training in the 160m2 fitness room. The side walls and floor of the room are covered with tatami mats to protect the athletes' physical fitness.

We work with highly qualified personal trainers who consider it important to tailor a training plan to each guest and provide the utmost attention.

Massage, standing and lying solarium, VIP lounges and Fitness The gym also serves the comfort of our guests at G4 FITNESS.

The fitness room also includes a 1200 m2 sports floor hall, where you can play football, handball and tennis on a 40x20 meter pitch. The comfort of the guests is ensured by 5 stars.

Our goal is to make the importance of regular exercise, sports and a healthy lifestyle known to as many people as possible.

This year, G4 Fitness will also be equipped with two squash courts and an artificial turf football pitch.
