The concept of ZUZM! was to create a place where we would love to go. We didn't want to categorize ourselves as a breakfast place, a new wave coffee shop, a craft beer garden, a delicatessen, a sandwich bar, a lounge bar, etc., but rather we dreamed of a relaxed, extravagant place where people of all ages and genders could enjoy a drink. Regardless of the location, you can feel good about yourself,
We are not a breakfast place in the classic sense, but we have a wide selection of hot and cold dishes every day from early morning, and on weekends you can also have Brunch with us. You can choose from 15-20 types of domestic product groups (oils, chutneys, honeys, jams, fruit wines, chili products, artisanal chocolates, spices, etc.); New wave coffee, but in addition to the traditional (Italian) coffee, gourmet coffee roasted in domestic micro-ovens from the best growing areas of the world, month after month, is being introduced to the coffee shops; Artisanal coffee, but in the ZUZM! Garden, the menu is constantly changing. We will have Czech and domestic craft beers on tap, and we will even hold beer dinners combined with beer tastings; You can also try 6-8 types of locally cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, which change daily and seasonally;
